1. I am scared of small spiders but have no problem with tarantulas.

2. I love reading books, especially sci-fi, fantasy and crime

3. My favorite food is chocolate (yes, in EVERYTHING, especially desserts and treats but I am thinking up ways of adding it to main courses too as cacao is a superfood – it is true!)

5. I understand a handful of languages.

6. I once had a McDonald’s addiction.

7. I never wait in queues longer than 10 people.

My nominees for inspiring, feel-good bloggers:

I have included only 6 here I know, but they are the main ones who have be a big part of my initial blogging journey so far – I am thankful for meeting you in the blogosphere 🙂

Shaun at Praying For One Day. Regardless of Shaun already having received this award 10 times, that is no reason to stop recognizing his awesome blog!!! Despite suffering from Chronic Pain Syndrome he sees the positive in everything and has an inspiring, funny, thoughtful, kick-ass blog.

Valerie at My Digital Kitchen. Check out Valarie’s gluten-free and pescatarian recipes, especially the dark chocolate cups and chickpea quinoa burgers. Her updates constantly make me drool on my keyboard!

Hi Caroline, I didn’t realise you love horses too! You must have been riding in some amazing places over there. We’re lucky to ride on Dartmoor (a national park) every week – even though the weather is very wet at times! This summer’s been good though, but I’m sure we’ll have to dig out our water-proofs soon… Oh well, it’s still great riding there. I hope you enjoy your summer and get to ride lots!

PS Do you have your own horse?

      • I absolutely love horses and yes there are some pretty extraordinary places to ride here (I went riding in the mountains which were one of the settings for Lord of the rings – beautiful). I have only lived in NZ for nearly two years and have yet to find a regular place to go to. I grew up on a stud farm and had my own horse but have not had my own horse for 10 years, missing it. Maybe one day again 🙂 Dartmoor sounds amazing – rolling hills and green grass I imagine! And every week – that’s awesome 🙂 I will hope for a long summer for us and a mild and short winter for you. 7. Congrats, and thank you so much for the nomination! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I’ve been on vacation. I will say, that I’m touched that you nominated me for this. It also cracks me up that you’re afraid of small spiders, but are okay with tarantulas – how funny! Thanks again! Celeste 🙂

I’d be very grateful if you could elaborate a little bit more.
    Cheers!

  10. naturally like your web-site however you have to take a look at the spelling
on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it
very troublesome to inform the truth on the other hand
I will surely come again again.
